The location is absolutely perfect and the water bus ride is a good 40 mins from St.

Good food nearby and excellent location. A great budget option and for the price we paid I was absolutely estatic. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rate, and the water was perfect swimming temperature.

Especially for the Venice area was fantastic, the staff of the hotel/bb was very helpful too and the bedrooms were wonderful and the breakfast was very okay for us. For the price this was a great choice.
