  Location was excellent, the room and bathroom were very clean.

  I'm not sure this place got bad reviews, staff were very tolerant of our 5 year old daughter's odd behaviour and the breakfast paled in comparison to every other one we had in Italy.

  Very handy for the metro and the main train station, a great cheap hotel in the heart of Rome. Staff very helpful and clean rooms.

  It´s really near from Termini, staff vey helpful and towels changed and bathroom cleaned every day.

  Hotel basic and clean, hot water was occasional.

  The view from the room was to the inner ward and wasn't too attractive, very poor and the staff were impolite, the breakfast was disgusting and nauseating.

  Great value for money, most of the receptionists reasonably helpful.

  Bad location, the arrogant and unfriendly attitude from the different mans in the reception, especially the the staff in the brekafst room was not courteous. The breakfast was very very poor.

  Taxi service to the airport is fantastic, i wouldnt stay there even for free and staff are helpful and friendly Rooms are clean and beds are good.

  At night the reception is closed and a bit more choice at breakfast would be better.

  The location is very good for tourism and the worst hotel I have ever experience.

  The staff is lazy, surly and unhelpful, beds are not comfortable. The orange juice could have been better.

  Easy walking distance to city centre, quiet hotel and friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Efficient hot water system and elevator broken one day. Coffee really good.

  T worth the money i paid, bad toilets.
