The front desk staff are efficient and the air conditioning a must after the hot summer days.
The location is superb, nice balcony and the hotel diner on the top floor has great light, rooms are reasonably sized and comfy, baths are clean.
The situation was very good, the location of the hotel was perfect for city exploring and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was excellent and the location very central to Piazza Navona and the food district, hotel staff were somewhat friendly, guys in the reception were really helpful and polite. Our room ran out of hot water.
