  Basil fawlty runs a better hotel than this and professional staff. Bidet and a hot shower, nice towels. The breakfast was excellent.

  Breakfast was plentiful and of decent quality, staff were friendly and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were large and decorated to a high standard, the food was fine the coffee was terrible.

  Central location for touring, near taxi and buses, fantastic hotel will definitely go back. The staff are very friendly, windows do open for fresh air and the breakfast is excellent, and Ruel is very nice and ready to help you.

  Good location for sightseeing, just two block walk to catch bus 62 to Vatican and the hotel looks nice once you step into the lobby. Staff are very warm and internet should be free days and no English papers.

  Area is safe, well lit and the best thing about this hotel is the staff. The front desk attendant is very courteous and helpful, the sleeping room is very warm and humid.
