The location and views are absolutely fantastic. It is situated in the hills to the north of Seville and the access has become much easier with the new roads that have been built. It is very quiet and peaceful and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. Although none of the staff speak any other language than Spanish they are extremely helpful and friendly. It is surrounded by many small towns and villages all of which have stunning churches. The garden and swimming pool are a welcome place to relax at the end of the day which can be filled with many varied activities or a visit to the Reserva which is one of the biggest wildlife parks in Europe and has over 1000 animals from over 100 different species.
I am quite severely disabled with multiple sclerosis and the hotel is a struggle. The only room with disabled facilities is furthest away from the entrance and reception. It is built on a steep hill with no access by car to the entrance and access to the gardens and swimming pool is very difficult for anybody disabled. However it is well worth the effort.

The bath was very small- one had to sit cross-legged in it. Not ideal after a long walk. We especially asked for a room with bath and presumed we could relax our muscles in it. Menu was limited. Swimming pool had too many leaves and insects in it for me to use.
