Greatly enjoyed how reasonably priced and charming little the property was and its very friendly staff in particular the very nice manager.

Extremely spacious room with an attached bathroom. Central location, just a short walk away from Shibuya Crossing. Found in a very quiet area really close to JR Shibuya station and shinjuku, ebisu, and daikanyama.

The staff was courteous and polite, offered fantastic services.

There were compact & retro rooms with all the facilities and bath, for example. Everything seemed good, clean and the staff were very very nice people in particular the very nice manager.

The place was neat and peaceful, had especially helpful staff in particular the very nice manager. The location in a very very nice quiet area was nice and perfect for us. Meguro Ward district was worth staying in.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Fukudaya. The location was perfect, with Shibuya Crossing just a short walk away. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the traditional Japanese style added a unique touch to our experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they even provided fresh towels and yakata daily. The private shower was a great option after a long day of exploring Tokyo. The hotel offered a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. I highly recommend Hotel Fukudaya for a few nights stay in Tokyo.

It was great that I didn't have to speak Japanese to have a true Japanese experience. Great value!

It is easy to back to Shibuya station from the hotel but the hotel is a little hard to find in the beginning. The road nearest there is a three level highway. Our cab driver had to call them to get directions, even with the map. Be sure to take the hotel's phone number with you.

Very clean and comfort place in a good place. Staff does not speak english, but they were super-friendly and made the place feel cozy.

As a solo traveler, I stayed at Fukudaya for a week and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel was impeccably clean and the English-speaking staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The tatami room I had was comfortable and quiet, with the smell of tatami adding a lovely touch. The WiFi was strong, and the lounge area had everything I needed, including maps and a free hot/cold water/tea/coffee machine. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Shibuya's main attractions and a short walk to Shibuya railway station.

Room smelt damp. Only one shower on the floor meant difficulty getting a chance to have a shower in the morning.

All the staffs were very very nice and courteous. Stayed in spotless family room with private bathroom.

I liked best the excellent service and attitude of the hotel staff. The hotel is on a good and easy to find location with good connections. I could manage well with English and received help concerning my activities during my stay in Tokyo.

Also, location was absolutely incredible, just a short walk away from Shibuya Crossing. The room was well decorated and well laid out with a comfortable bed and with bath japanese-style.

Looking for a genuine Japanese inn experience? Look no further than Hotel Fukudaya. Our family stayed here and enjoyed traditional tatami rooms, floor meals, and yukata provided. The room size was bigger than usual, with ample space to move around and store our belongings. The staff were friendly and welcoming. A bus stop nearby made it easy to reach Shibuya station, and there were convenience stores within walking distance. Wifi reception was excellent. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.
