Hotel Fox Copenhagen - 哥本哈根

Great location, centrally located design hotel in Copenhagen and so the interior doesn't look super clean-cut or plush.

The hotel location is quite central, it is at walkable distance from the central station and close to the Rhadus and the beginning of the Stroget.

The location of the hotel is great -- you can walk everywhere in the city.

It was near a subway stop and pretty easy to find.

5 minutes on foot to Tivoli, and 15 minutes into the heart of the luxury shopping district.

Comfy bed and duvets, and the bathroom was perfectly adequate, great hairdryer and water pressure, the ubiquitous and horrid hair-and-body-gel-in-one.

I had the Japanese room, which meant everything was on the floor - the bed, TV, desk, telephone, 'chair' etc.

Breakfast was shocking, they turn the reception into a breakfast bar and you are just hanging arounf eating cold sandwhiches and drinking coffee in a glass (which, by the way, is very uncomfortable to hold).

When we mentioned this to the reception/cofee car/breakfastcounter the extremely friendly receptionist told us that she could put us up in another room of our liking.

When pointed out what we expected from the staff service-wise, they did their best effort to be as service minded as they could be.

In the lobby there were also free umbrellas for guest's use which we thought was a nice touch, especially as the weather was rather wet when we were there.

The lift was a bit antiquated but it all added to the atmosphere!
