Greatly enjoyed consistently courteous and pleasant staff and big size hotel.

The room itself was silent and reasonably large with a huge window and comfortamble beds plus high ceiling as advertised. The location turned out to be unbeatable;)))

Clean place & consistently courteous staff. Big beds, an electronic key card, coffee/tea makers, and a work desk in the room. Breakfast with ready made rolls for taking out if required and a packed meal, for example. Good and perfect location of the hotel, near to a tram stop. Smooth check-in, parking on-site. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The room was large and fashionable with high ceiling, a huge window and a bathroom, had the best night sleep. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, close to center. And it was also close enough to the shopping centre, and a train station. Variety of food for breakfast, everything was good.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The unit we got was good sized with high ceiling, huge windows, as for instance. Our accommodation was set in a central location close to Atlas arena, the shopping centre and the restaurant/bar street and nice surrounding to have a quick stroll after meals.

The restaurant here was good with delicious local food, we both ordered hot dishes. The staff were amazingly nice and very pleasant yet not intrusive.

The staff were competent and amicable and knew how to help. Got fully furnished and brand-new king room with big old windows as expected, loved it.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable rooms at Focus Hotel. The buffet breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a delicious spread. We also appreciated the hotel's gesture of providing coffee and sandwiches to take away. The convenient parking place was another plus point.

The rooms were brand-new on the armchair, the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. Convenient and decent location, it was near airport and a train station, restaurants and bars and Piotrkowska-ending at the famous Manufactura Shopping Mall.

Good to see what you can do with a historical building like this. Nice helpfull personell

Big and fairly clean venue with a good value and welcoming and incredible staff. Huge & well-designed rooms with high ceiling. Exceptionally nice and perfect location - a minute walk from Willa Ryszarda Schimmela. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

Very unfriendly staff!

I recently stayed at Focus Hotel for a few nights in Lodz. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped me cancel the rest of my stay without any problems. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel surprised me with a very nice sauna. The buffet breakfast exceeded my expectations, and I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel offered me coffee and sandwiches to take with me. The building itself was amazing, with high ceilings and comfortable furniture. Everything was clean and well-equipped, surpassing my expectations for the price. The lady at the reception warmly welcomed me, even though I arrived late at night, and the large parking area made it convenient for me to travel with my luggage. it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely visit this hotel again in the future!

As a regular at the Hotel Focus, I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Łódź. Very friendly and helpul staff, great restaurant for dinner and very good breakfast. The best shower in the world! Easy and secure parking.

As you need a car since the hotel is not right in the city centre, the parking should be free for guests.
