• Hotel Firefly Zermatt

  Great sauna/steam room/pool area and beautiful hotel. The staff were amazingly helpful and the spa was also very nice.

  The very modern bathroom sink was too trendy to be practical and the scrambled egg was quite wet and the 'hot food' was lukewarm by the time arrived.

  Spa and fitness area was amazing, staff were lovely and the atmosphere was terrific. The rooms were clean, modern and food was yummy and the service was great. The gym was excellent.

  Best hotel in Zermatt and very friendly staff. The rooms are cosy, the bar is very comfortable and cool furnishings the owners have selected. Spa are great.

  We just loved this hotel and modern interior, than Firefly is a great option. The front desk staff are excellent and the owners are a very charming and friendly family. The suites are tastefully furnished and the bar 55 is very cool.

  Centre village we like the modern style of the hotel breakfast served in the room, all the staff is very friendly and helpful, the fireplace makes suites even more comfortable. Sauna is the best i have ever enjoyed, the Spa is just great.
