        Good location, all of the hotel staff were very helpful and kind, the service was just wonderful. Our room had a little balcony that looked down over Lugano and breakfast was fine.

        Therefore in a great position, the hotel was beautiful in a very pretty Swiss italian town and the staff was always so accommodating. Furthermore the bathroom was also spacious and the restaurant had good food.

        Wonderful views of the town of Lugano, really excellent value for money and rates very reasonable. Sweet Italian style and very friendly staff. Nice balcony, great breakfasts too.

        A nice view of the town from the small balcony, lugano itself was also delightful and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was also huge and the breakfast next morning was good.

        A nice view of the town from the small balcony and this hotel offers excellent value for money. Rates very reasonable and sweet Italian style. Helpful staff and bathroom spacious.
