The view overlooking the beach was amazing and the location was great and the service at the hotel was exceptional. All of the staff were personable and friendly.

Cost of making a phone call was ridiculous, the food was very mediocre at best and waiters were poorly trained and would not make eye contact.

Great hotel and amazing location, absolutely fabulous service, liked big window from the shower to the bedroom. Nice rooftop bar and pool, the best restaurant EVER. Just eggs, juice and fruit, a way better choice than the Copacabana palace, fantastic strong cocktails.

Views of Ipanema/Leblon are spectacular and design is great. Staff is very good and the rooms themselves are nicely furnished. The pool bar is wonderful and the Fasano Seafood restaurant is excellent.

The view is amazing, the interior of the hotel is very modern and the service at best is forced. The rooms are definitely designed for leisure rather than business and the London Bar is very popular. Towels are large, food on the rooftop is also excellent and spa is not really that great.

The swimming pool on the roof has one of the best views ever of the beach and the mountains, perfect hotel you get the right price, the staff at the front desk are pleasant and anxious to please you. That said, service, food, spa and room are all great, the rooftop bar is a popular spot and is an outstanding facility. Breakfast buffet is very very nice.

I booked an ocean view room had a lovely outlook over the beach, the hotel was fantastic and conceirge and door staff were very helpful. The beds and linens were very comfortable, breakfast was amazing.
