We found this hotel to have very large rooms,friendly staff ,restaurant with great food,all round great value for money,We heard no noise of trains at night.
I decided from the reviews that I would go for the Expo hotel because I liked the comment I read from visitors to the hotel and I thought it was just within my price range.

About the location and environment: There is a train line in front of the hotel and trams 100 meters away.
The location is actually really good as you get a taste of the whole of prague.
The is also a very cheap shuttle service from the airport to Nadrazi Holesovice the underground station closest to the hotel but I was not confident enough to use it as everything was new to me.
I had been warned to beware of the silver taxi's outside the airport.
We booked this hotel online a got a fabulously reasonable deal for a double room including bed and breakfast.
I got a double room & even on my own as the other room was a twin, but the beds were tiny.
The bathrooms were clean and fresh towels came eveyday.
I was moved to another room & that was better, but the railway side again.
I had room sevice too which was very quick.
The breakfast are excellent, you can eat as much as you want and it's varied.
The food was very good with breakfast consisting of bacon egg sausage plus the usual continental range.
Really nice and friendly staff - by the way, the restaurant there offers a good choice of Czech food and all at good prices.
50th birthday we went out for a FANTASTIC meal in a top class restaurant called 'Flambee' in the Old Town.
The other hotel meals (lunch and dinner) if you choose to eat in the hotel, are very reasonable in price with a wide choice and delicious.
The food was good, friendly staff & their English was good too.
I was very impressed with the honesty of the staff.
Arrived at the hotel and the staff were nice and helpful.
Overall staff where as very helpful when called upon and did there best to help.
Placed exactly near the Expo area and very pleasant a comfortable hotel.
No swiming pool was in the neighborehood, as stated.
The room was clean, but had to be moved as asked for non-smoking room & it was by a lift which wasn't good.
