Hotel was absolutely fabulous and wonderful, appreciated our stay.

The room was big size with balcony, free Wi-Fi. Amazing and awesome location, it was close to a port. The hotel was few metres away from Garda downtown.

We loved the spacious balcony with a beautiful lake view. The friendly staff were always willing to help. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The breakfast had a great variety and you could even boil your own egg!

Felt like home, no complaints whatsoever.

Superb staff all speaking a minimum of three languages and always with a smile, from the front desk, waiting staff and maids all were fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room we were upgraded to had a balcony with breathtaking views of the surroundings. The hotel's location, at what we considered the quieter end of the bay, was perfect for sightseeing. We also loved that this place was within walking distance of the bus station, making it easy for us to take trips around the lake or even to Verona. The staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service overall was top-notch.

We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

God service, meget fine rom med god standard, flott beliggenhet, bedre frokost enn på mange hoteller av samme type. Det var også et eget område (gresshage) nede ved selve stranden reservert for hotellets gjester med solstoler og håndklær til gjestene. Selv om dette området I seg selv ikke bar preg av luksus og "modernitet" så var det uansett et fint supplement til stranden eller bassenget. Vi planlegger å bo på dette hotellet ved senere anledninger også.

Vi likte alt med ett unntak; selv om det var ferie og avslapning som var formålet så hadde vi ønsket oss litt bedre internettforbindelse der. Det var wi-fi, men det var litt ustabilt og med begrenset kapasitet.

Rooms a little on the small side. Not sure what we got for paying for superior room - no different it seemed to standard room apart from small table and chair. No better view. The pool was on the small side and space around it very cramped. A bit head to toe with other people. Reasonable breakfast but had better.

We had a fantastic stay at Excelsior Le Terrazze in Garda. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town and waterfront. Our sea view room was clean, bright, and comfortable with a spacious balcony. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were professional and helpful. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay on Lake Garda. it was a great experience.

Overall service and very helpful at the reception

The lakefront view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the hotel offered free airport transfers. It's in a great location with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The room was much smaller than expected and the air conditioning wasn't very effective. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, with limited vegetarian options and not much variety.

It has efficient staff from the room servicers to to the management and good and fab location, that could not be beaten. It's in a really clean building in the ideal area.

We loved the excellent food and efficient restaurant staff. The fish main courses were particularly enjoyable. The room was spacious with a great balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel was clean and the location was convenient for the ferry and the beach bar. The airport bus was affordable and the walk from the bus station was manageable. a great low-budget option.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Garda with a partial view of the lake from my balcony. The staff at reception were really helpful and attentive. The room was thoughtful and the hotel was close to the port and public beach. The breakfast was nice with a good selection.
