Hotel Eurostars Claridge Buenos Aires - 布宜诺斯艾利斯

The location is perfect for sightseeing because it is located in the center of the city and off Florida Avenue.

The hotel was in a great location, right in the downtown close to everything.

The location next to Florida Street was wonderful, the hotel itself was quiet, with the exceptions that the room walls are a bit thin.

Many other city attractions are within walking distance or by a ridicously cheap taxi ride (don't worry about the dire warnings about taking taxis, just use the innumerable Radio Cabs).

Taxis service to airport was conviently charged to my bill, and service was prompt.

The shower was the size of a single bed and the bathroom itself was bigger than most standard double bedrooms.

My room was small, the carpet stained, my bed sagged and the bathroom was teeny, tiny.

The bed sheets could use some improvement, but the bathrooms were in good shape and had great water pressure.

Bathroom was a good size and included an adult sized bathtub (not like the bathtubs you find in many American hotels that are deep enough to get your feet wet, maybe).

The Alvear Palace Hotel] Breakfast and bar/restaurant staff and food very good.

Bar/Restaurant: the breakfast was fantastic, with plenty options and the newspaper comes in a bag with a sticker on it with the weather forecast and wishing you a good day!

We only had lunch in the bar/restaurant and went out for dinner, but the lunch we had was good.

They have a business center with free internet access, and a nice bar with a restaurant, a nice pool area in the 2nd floor with a snack/bar and a gym, but all this think small.

Service was impeccable, the Concierge (Pablo) is both knowledgeable and friendly, housekeeping was spectacular, restaurant and bar service extremely friendly, professional and more than competent.

Service by the concierge and front desk staff was exceptional.

All staff, including the doorman, reception staff, bell boys, maids, bar staff and restaurant staff, provide excellent, friendly and intelligent service, and you only had to mention something once and it was done immediately.

We found the reception staff and concierge extremely helpful.

The pool & terrace on the fourth floor was a nice oasis in the middle of the city, and the spa and fitness areas were top-notch.

The hotel pool and spa services are an added bonus after a long day of sightseeing.

Bfast is included and internet is free but it is wired and not wireless except for on the 2nd floor.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Additionally the room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, the Spa treatment was excellent.

The rooms were small, but very clean and quiet.

Rooms weren't massive but were light, airy, clean and comfortable.

We had a corner room on a high floor that faced the pool, and it was spacious, impeccably clean, and nicely furnished.
