Good small hotel opposite the train station, friendly staff and i felt that for Switzerland - currently very expensive for UK travellers - the price for a single room was reasonable.
Good value and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
The location was very convenient, the hotel had free parking for guests and the price was great.

One room had a double bed and the other room had two single beds.
Rooms excellent very clean, a mini bar as well as a bath tub and a free PC.
Our room at the front of the hotel was lovely, the staff were very courteous and yes the bed was comfortable.
These two rooms were connected by a hallway which consisted of one room with two showers/sinks and one room with a toilet.
The bathroom was not as modern as the bedroom, but just as clean.
The food was apalling, breakfast in the Europe was almost non existant.
Breakfast is delicious and new owners since my visit in 2010.
The included breakfast was simple, but quite sufficient.
Continental 'buffet breakfast' provided which was ample.
The breakfast is a typical German/Swiss style with assorted cold cereals, rolls, coffee, tea and juices.
The hotel, its service and its staff are good but there are only negative points.
I think that the atmosphere in the hotel has improved and staff for making this part of our holiday the best.
