Quiet ambiance, perfect and exceptionally nice location. Tidy and brand-new room with a private safe, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

My room was a nice size thanks to the top-class staff. In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with a beautiful view from the balcony and balcony and ample cupboard space and that was great. The hotel had a magnificent location next to Piscinas Naturais. It also was to the nature.

Brand-new and beautifully decorated room with a clean bathroom and a safe box, television and a writing table. Nice services too. The place was fairly clean with a very very helpful and top-class staff. The room was brand-new and modern with mountain view. The location was ideal and nice for walking around Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools. There was a good restaurant not very far from the hotel.

The food was fab especially during the continental breakfast. The double room we stayed in was brand-new and perfect. The location was perfect, on the ocean. We truly enjoyed to be here for a holiday and would come back for sure.

One of the things that stood out to us about this hotel was its excellent location. Situated just steps away from the natural swimming pools, we were able to enjoy the stunning views of the ocean from our room's balcony. The staff were also very friendly and efficient, providing us with great service throughout our stay. Additionally, the rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious, offering a comfortable place to relax and unwind.
Although there was one minor aspect that could be improved upon, overall our experience at this hotel was fantastic.

Reception excellent.They told us that there was a festival in front of trh hotel and suggested another room without a view but little noise.Receptionist even offered the use of his flashlight needed for a walk at the nearby levada.
Carpet needs changing,room clean but needs updating.

Good hotel, helpfull stuff, quite good breakfast, private parking. Hotel has a convenient location, thus you can reach many places by car in hour or so. Big rooms, nice sea view and mountain view. Peacefull atmosphere in a hotel and town.
