The swimming pool and the staff there were very friendly, the bed was comfortable, food was excellent for lunch too.
The hotel lobby was spacious, the price was worth the money and the swimming pool and the staff there were very friendly.
Hotel is not far from the airport and there is a free shuttle bus to and from airport, staff are friendly, the rooms have been newly refurbished and are pretty decent.

Near to the airport and taxi service is good too. Hotel is very spacious and the building itself is almost majestic. Store and couple of nice restaurants, the Island itself is beautiful, the EQ's staff are all fabulous and are extremely friendly and helpful.

The rooms are not well equipped for business travelers, the b u f f e t breakfast is a bit expensive and leisure facilities like swimming pool close early.

Location near to family, the Executive Tower has refurbished rooms that were excellent and hotel was fully booked was fairly quiet. The price was worth the money and from the lobby you can see a garden, was quite enjoyable. Bellboy staff were very polite, bed was great and the breakfast buffet had many good choices. Facilities were beautiful, clean, comfortable.

Due to its remote location, i find peaceful staying there, good faciliies within the hotel make a good base for several days stay in Penang and the service is fast and accurate, the servings are large and the price is appropriate. Rooms are comfortable, clean and bar is cool. The breakfast selection is excellent and the employees are generally nice, helpful and attentive.

Location wise, not exactly the most convenient, lovely Hotel and beautiful lobby. Front desk staff friendly and the concierge is helpful and informative. The bed is comfortable and breakfast is fantastic. The swimming pool is nice too.
