Hotel Equatorial Ho Chi Minh City

The hotel has a convenient location and the service professional and friendly.

The location is quite good and taxis are cheap.

We also stayed at the Majestic and would stay there again given a choice of the 2 (great history, rooms, breakfast AND location).

Near my meeting locations, taxis are cheap and the hotel provides free shuttle bus every 1 hour.

Location in Cholon(the chinese part of HCMC) is excellent, taxi to District 1 costs at most 30 000 dong(1,5euro, 2 USdollars).

We were more than happy with our decision - the cost was £50 per night including breakfast, our room was tastefully furnished in typical 5 star standard, the bathroom was clean and spacious, carpets were not threadbare and looked very new.

The staff are friendly, the bed's are great and the breakfast is very good selection of western.

The rooms were nicely sized and the bathroom was large.

The rooftop pool was a nice feature, but having to go down a floor and through a change room just to get to the hot tub was annoying.

If you use this hotel always ask for a room overlooking the pool as the exterior rooms face the street with its constant traffic noise.

The main restaurant was very good, breakfast superb, so much choice both western and asian cuisine.

The new fish restaurant looked nice but lacked bit of atmosphere as it was on the 2nd floor, the bar area of restaurant was very nice, but again really lacked atmosphere/people.

Near Asok skytrain station & Sukumuvit Mtr station, the bar area of restaurant was very nice and overall we had a very pleasant stay.

The food in the restaurant was also very good.

The breakfast is very good selection of western and asian food.

Staff on average was helpful, the concierge was great to make reservations and the rooms were nicely sized.

Clean,good room service and I found the front desk people very helpful.

Very good place to stay in HCM and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The lobby looks so inviting as well Although the swimming pool was small, however, it is very clean and not crowded.

My room was conveniently located on same floor as swimming pool with easy access to the pool via a patio door but the room was very noisy due to the lifts being next-door.

The pool area was very good and i saw fantastic presensation of the hotel throughout my stay.

Relatively large for a solo business traveler, high speed broadband internet is available free for 2 hours and free for whole day if you are booked into the Executive Floor.

The whole of the hotel was clean, the room we were in was relatively quiet and the buffet breakfast was superb - fresh.

The room was clean, breakfast was excellent and the pool was great.

Rooms are clean, the Orientica restaurant is really nice.

The lobby bar was very smart, staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was as clean.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, the staff treated us like queens and the room is clean & comfort.
