  Some fitness centre equipment was a little dated and the hotel pool was nice. Staff were helpful and courteous, room was large, the food in the restaurant was also very good.

  About 13 stories high affording panoramic views and very Nice Hotel. Standard of service was excellent, bathroom and breakfast were all very good.

  The pool area was very good and you get use of pool towels, the hotel staff were friendly and helped as much as possible, room service was well priced. My rate included a decent breakfast.

  Rooms and public areas were well decorated and the swimming pool was fantastic, the hotel had a huge lobby. Staff were very friendly and pleasant, breakfast was excellent, the Sauna/Spa was good.

  Great location for airport and the centre, excellent value, the staff are and were extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice, comfortable and big, the breakfast is very good as well.

  Public areas and restaurants in very good condition and elegant, the hotel has a convenient location and a free shuttlebus, the staff are very welcoming and go the extra mile to be helpful. The room was definitely spacious and there are a lot of channels to choose from.

  The hotel is comfortable and clean, staff are friendly, service is good.

  Rooms at the poolside are quiet , on the street side may be a bit noisy, the location, as has been mentioned before, is not ideal and price for internet is too expensive. The coffee is bad.

  Room service, bar in the lobby, three great restaurants in the hotel and friendly staff. Good bed and excellent food. Vietnamese hospitality at its best and relatively large pool.

  The rooms are big for a city hotel and you should get one next to the pool, all staff are friendly and courteous.

  The location is not good at all and internet at $6/hr is ridiculous. The coffee lounge quite expensive too.
