  My wife and I plus 2 kids stayed at this hotel from the 21 to 26 July and found it a great place to stay,good budget accomodation with a great location, the room was clean and the staff seemed to be helpful,(thanks Bennyand the house maids), it was all we needed, and that was a place to sleep, I would and will stay at this hotel again, and I have stayed at top hotels all over the world. Great location and price".

  My girlfriend and I got one of the West Wing Suites they only offer on their website for a very nice price. Highly recommended, a very modern room, with living room and basic kitchen facilities. Everything in the room was in very good condition except the reception was dodgy on the TV, didn't matter much though as we weren't on holiday to watch TV. Seem to hear alot about these budget courtyard rooms but you get what you pay for in my opinion and paying the extra $30 a night was very well worth it with the room we got. Very friendly desk staff, very good position opposite Telstra Dome, Southern Cross station and Crown Casino.

  We stayed for two nights in a double deluxe room overlooking Spencer St. The room was very comfortable and clean, with all amenities - bar fridge, TV etc well stocked(and priced) and working perfectly. The bathroom was clean and well presented. I was dissapointed with the shower head - it only produced a very fine spray and because of this, the water was able to become cold. Breakfast in the downstairs Jarrah room restaraunt was good, but the service was very ordinary. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. In all, we enjoyed our stay and the room exceeded our expectations. Traffic noise was a small problem but the hotel location is perfect, with trams at the front door, taxi rank 100 metres away.

  The room was just okay, although I heard from friends that their roon was not nice at all. Really, if you are staying in hotel Enterprize , i would make the effort of paying a slightly higher price, for a MUCH nicer room. The hotel is ideally situated next to the train station where the Skybus from the ariport arrives, so definitely ideal for first nights in Melbourne when you arrive by plain.

  The first time we went for the cheaper option, which is a budget room and turned out to be a courtyard room. The second time we had (already in advance) booked the business room, which is only 30 dollars a night more and much nicer.

  I should have inspected the room before checking in the hotel as I normally do when I stay in a budget hotel, but I didn't on this occasion. Yes, the room was grubby, the blanket was old, the handbasin was tiny. When I checked out, I was made to wait a few minutes at the reception as they wanted their staff to check the room, probably to see if I took something from the minibar.

  Southern Cross Station(Spencer St) The only problem. The price through the internet direct to hotel, was very good.

  I needed a room that was cheap yet central & the Enterprize provided this. A few blocks down from the Spencer St bus terminal with 24 hr reception made this a good choice as I flew in late at night. The room was old but clean and the staff were friendly & helpful. I needed short term, basic accommodation.

  Not too far from the main train station and within walking distance of the CBD and Federation Square. The room was fairly small, reasonably clean but not quiet. I was in the garden, but you can hear every word being spoken outside, so that is not good.

  The mini bar is ridiculously expensive, don't even think about that. The TV channel selection is fairly poor, from what I saw of it.

  Small but sophisticated room - suited me as a single but may have been claustrophobic for any more than one night if I'd travelled with a partner. I ordered a pizza from room service and it was fantastic! A 4 minute walk from Spencer Street Station.
