Hotel Encanto De Las Cruces - 拉斯克鲁塞斯

The hotel is located in a great location in the middle of everything, beds are very comfortable.

During many stays, we have found the staff to be excellent, the rooms very comfortable and quiet and location excellent--shopping/gas station /Starbucks close by.

Access from I-25 was easy and the location overlooking the Mall/City was very easy to find.

I had a wonderful three week stay at the Encanto while using the City Bus to get around.

The Bus is reliable, the people are friendly and it runs daily except Sunday.

Guest room was acceptable - nothing fancy, just your basic bed, TV and dresser.

We found steak bones underneath the footrest of the chair in the room, and beer bottle caps by the base of the bed so that makes you wonder how clean it really is.

We had a ground floor single king bed room, very very nice, but bed was not great, and room wasn't super clean.

My room was immaculate, the bed was the most comfortable I'd ever slept in, and the service we received from the entire staff made our event a huge success!

The bed was very comfortable & the towels were nice & big!

There is a restaurant with a bar that has a great breakfast menu.

Also, there is a restaurant/bar located in the hotel, it's also nice, but a bit pricy, and there are a TON of other restaurants, NICE restaurants within just a couple of miles of the hotel.

We attempted to eat breakfast in the hotel restaurant - but the service took over a 1/2 hour to ask for our order and over another 1/2 hour to serve the food (There were only about 20-30 people in the restaurant).

What used to be the restaurant is now a bar/lounge with live music.

We did not eat in the restaurant, but we did have a drink at the bar and the bartender was very kind and welcoming.

The front desk, restaurant staff, and bellpeople were of great service and always wanted to do more.

The staff was friendly and service was prompt.

Great location for business or pleasure, the hotel staff was friendly and service in Espana Cafe was prompt.

The staff was great and room service menu was extremely limited as well.

Even though they had conventions going on at the time of my stay, housekeeping kept up with the cleanliness of the hotel.

The pool area was clean except for some grown child throwing a pool chair into the pool.

He ensured that I got to my meetings on time by ensuring he was free of hotel duties to give me a ride in the Hilton shuttle.

Service was all excellent and the room was clean.

Service was prompt and both times the rooms were clean.

The bathroom are clean, the breakfast is excellent and the pool is great around sunset.

I'm not very picky but I just need a clean and new hotel room.
