The view are fantastic and the hotel is located in a GREAT area. Service here is genuine and the free high speed internet. The spa is really very cool on the top floor, warm toilet seat nice and breakfast, afternoon tea and lunch sandwiches are delicious.

Great location in jardin and remarkable Hotel. Nice lobby and rooms, wonderful Service, then relaxed in the Japanese hot tubs. A large flat screen t, very good kitchen and the breakfast was delicious and NOTHING was a problem.

Location is great in the middle of Jardins right at oscar freire street and in sum, this is the perfect place for any sophisticated traveller visiting SP. Staff is very friendly, the beds are comfortable and the large fragrant bars of soap are amazing. The food is also delicious, the Spa at the top brutally welcoming.

The pool area, next to the day spa, has some great views across the city and the decor is wonderful. The staff is very helpful, and the bath rooms are nice and the restaurant is fantastic.

Very nice location, superb Boutique Hotel and beautiful decoration. The staff were fantastic, the concierge, Helena was great and the guest room I stayed in was large and nicely appointed. The restaurant was excellent.

Polite staff, always willing to help, spacious rooms, excellent location, great boutique hotel and the concierge service is extremely efficient. The beds are just perfect and breakfast is exceptional. The gym / spa are a bit disappointing.
