I recently had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Additionally, I was impressed with the hotel's attention to detail, particularly in terms of cleanliness. The rooms, bathrooms, and sheets were all spotless, which is always a priority for me. Lastly, the hotel's location outside the city center provided a peaceful and quiet environment, perfect for a restful night's sleep.

Great location with easy access to various tourist spots. The room size is considerably large and they have a swimming pool available for guests who prefer to swim instead of going to the beach. The view from the balcony is stunning, never got tired of the beautiful landscape.

Not enough towels were given to us during the new year's celebration. The elevator was slow and it got worse during peak hours.

The hotel has a good buffet breakfast and fresh fruit is offered. The staff were polite and helpful. It is situated near the town centre, therefore has all the amenities nearby. Additionally, the bed was quite comfortable, which resulted in a good night's rest.

The hotel air conditioning unit was dirty, and it took a long time to cool the room. Moreover, the TV had very limited channel selection, which was quite upsetting. Additionally, the room was quite old and didn't seem to be well-maintained. it wasn't the best experience.
