The Hotel Elysee is situated in the excellent location directly in the city centre on the Wenceslas Square. The historical Old Town Square, the State Opera and the other historical monuments as well as the best shopping area are all within short walking distance. Hotel is located at the shopping arcade with many restaurants, bars, hairdresser, Black Theatre and Beauty Centre with the fitness club.

Hotel Elysee is situated on Wenceslas Square (actually a busy boulevard) packed full of shops, department stores, restaurants and bars so an excellent location right in the heart of Prague.

Its location is also spot on - right in Wencelas Sq - and just 5 mins walk to the Old Town Square - plenty of shopping, bars and places to eat nearby.

This is a standard 3-star hotel on a central Prague location, inside an Arcade just off the Wenceslas square.

I had requested the hotel to send their shuttle bus to collect us at the airport, but we waited for 10 minutes and it didn't turn up, so we jumped in a taxi.

The hotel provides a reliable 24 hour taxi service to the airport for 690 Czech crowns, about twenty-seven dollars.

The staff were not always friendly, we asked for some more coffee for the room because we missed breakfast and the receptionist refused told us we had to pay if we wanted any extra coffee, under the bed has never been cleaned if was disgusting.

Our room was a good standard, and very clean, plenty of wardrobe space, and bathroom large, with a hairdryer.

Room was very clean with a nice bathroom.

I had a problem with the toilet in my room.

On some evenings you occasionally heard noisy people coming in, but our room was situated near the lift and stairs and this may have not happened with other rooms.

The staff were excellent and the breakfast in the nearby restaurant wasn't excellent but it was quite cute.

They give you coupons for breakfast at a restaurant in the mall corridor downstairs.

Breakfast is included in the price of the room and is served in the restaurant in the aforementioned corridor, consisting of various breads and pastries, cereals, coffee, tea, and juices, jellies and the like, and ham and cheese.

Also no room service or bar and the restaurant was through a shopping centre.

Breakfast was in a nearby restaurant within the shopping arcade, OK, cereals, breads, cheese, ham, jams, Orange Juice, Tea & Coffee, basic but OK.

Cons: No Irons available for rooms (overnight ironing service only), Staff sometimes a bit stern.

Hotel is in a great location on the famous Wenceslas Square, with very helpful reception staff.

The one major reservation I would have about the hotel is that the staff were rather unhelpful, indifferent and not altogether polite.

The hotel has 1 computer in the hotel lobby available for internet access.

The keycards had to be used in the elevator, too.

There is a slow workstation in the lobby running on Linux Redhat.

In addition, wireless internet connection should have.

I saw the inside of 4 rooms in total and they were all a decent size, clean and fairly modern.

Our room was large, clean and newly furnished.

Booked & paid for a single room, (£82 for 2 nights), got a Twin Room which was clean & nice.

Good location on vaclavsky namesti and near of reilway station. Overall a pleasant stay, great price and breakfast was served at lobby level-there nothing to complain-the variety of food was sufficient. Staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean. The facilities were spacious.

The location was very good and the breakfasts at the nearby restaurants were fine. The hotel staff were pleasant, the service desk was okaz: one was very helpful other and we had comfortable rooms.

The available car park - ideally situated - was expensive at €31 per day and fee to crowns were then charged to credit card so converted to usd. The food was poor.

The location was very good, we paid fair price for this hotel in the main spot of Prague and breakfast was typical continental style very well presented. The staff were helpful, the air conditioning was efficient.

Perfect location and taxis to cover all the most famous sights. In addition luxury four-star hotel right in the center and the buildings could use a good cleaning. Not far to walk to the old town square and the staff are friendly. The rooms are fine.

Taxis to cover all the most famous sights and a 10 minute walk to the Old Town. Prague is a beautiful city and hotel room is clean. The staff are friendly, would like to say shower very good always plenty of hot water.
