• Hotel Elite Zermatt

  The location is nice and liquor store around the corner providing easy access to additional supplies. Good Italian restaurant at the base of the hotel, staff is great.

  Zermatt is an expensive village and old rooms are in need of an upgrade Much noise from the stairway.

  Good location, near to Zermatt train station and the breakfast was nice and the sauna was great after a chilly day on the mountain. The hotel staff were very unintrusive and the price was reasonable and I was very happy that I stayed there. The bed was excellent.

  The location was phenomenal and the staff very helpful in planning our ski day, our entire stay was nice, comfortable and enjoyable. Rooms were good sized and the balconies were a huge plus, the breakfast was great.

  Fantastic views of the Matterhorn from most of the rooms too and the hotel staff were helpful and friendly and made my stay very pleasant. Breakfast was very good.

  Very good location and excellent hotel for budget price in high priced Zermatt. Staff helpful, lots of hot water and great breakfast buffet. Central, clean, nice facilities.
