  The location was pleasant, hotel was spotless and gorgeous room we felt right at home. The staff were wonderfully friendly, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious and provided the perfect start to a skier's day.

  Fairly much in the centre of the village, well positioned in Zermatt and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Free internet access in the room, great pool set up.

  Sauna and swim area was very good, the hotel room was large, spacious and clean and had beautiful views. The staff were always helpful and friendly, the pool was a great way to relax weary muscles after a day of climbing.
