The hotel's decoration is absolutely charming, with beautiful furnishings and a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel, such as the lounge and dining area, were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and socializing. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with well-maintained ramps and elevators that made it easy for me to navigate around the property.

I would have loved to see more daily activities or organized outings specifically catered towards senior guests. It would have been nice to have some activities that cater to our interests and abilities.

Family run hotel. Attentive, very friendly, service-oriented and uncomplicated. It was fun. I can only recommend it.

View was absolutely fabulous, breakfast was enjoyable, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. I asked for superior room, it was new-fashioned and functional. The bathroom here was clean. Location: the hotel was near restaurants as well as the hill. It also was in the property's taxi. Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Zermatt.

The staff was friendly and the location was perfect. The highlight of my stay was the beautiful large room with a terrace overlooking the stunning Matterhorn. It truly felt like paradise. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including homemade croissants and coffee yogurt. The hotel also provided bathrobes and separate towels for the steam room and swimming pool, adding to the overall luxury. The swimming pool itself was a lap pool and the water was pleasantly warm. The spa area, with its glasshouse, added a touch of elegance to the experience. I couldn't have asked for more from Eden Wellness.

Excellent accomodations and servive at beautiful location in town

I had a wonderful stay during my vacation here, the location was amazing with stunning views of the mountains and local restaurants nearby.

the staff at eden wellness in zermatt went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, from the friendly check-in to the helpful advice for exploring the area. the room had a smart layout, with a great shower and an amazing bathtub. the spa facilities, including the pool and sauna, were top-notch. overall, an absolutely magical experience.

The staff were wonderfully friendly, gave great advice and were always welcoming. The breakfasts were delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool was a great way to relax weary muscles after a day of climbing.
