Great location now that new metro stop right outside hotel.

Overall a great location to visit Prague.

The location wasn't great - they were still building the Metro station for that area, so you either had to get a bus/tram or an expensive scary taxi!

The hotel bus to the metro station was also good, but in all honesty the hotel is so far from the centre of town you will need to get use to public transport or pay a fortune in taxi fees (Only use AAA or you will be ripped off).

We ate in the main restaurant once - found the food ok if a little boring, but there are plenty of cafes/restaurants in town to choose from.

Cocktails and dinner in gourmet restaurant was enjoyable and breakfast choice was vast - those on a budget wouldn't need to eat the rest of the day!

Breakfast in the hotel was horrendous, we were sent to a canteen type room,- not allowed in the main restaurant - the tables were dirty, the food undescribable, we only went in the one time, we had our breakfast out the next day.

The biggest let down were the staff, from the reception staff to the waiters, they were all very very rude.

The hotel was great, the waiting staff were helpful and room service was very efficient.

The reception lobby is warm and the staff are very nice.

On the plus side: the lounge and bar area is comfortably furnished; there’s a good swimming pool, bowling bar, fitness centre, internet café and a free hotel shuttle bus to and from the local metro station.

All in all a superb hotel and the sports centre with its swimming pool, bowling alley, fitness centre, beauty shop, hairdresser, manicure and solarium was an added bonus.

As for the attached gym which cost about 4 pounds or 6 euros, the pool looked nice, but the gym equipment was quite old and run down.

The rooms at this hotel are clean and tidy with fresh clean towels every day, although the complimentary tea/coffee left a bit to be desired.

My room was in Tower B, i would describe them like a Travelodge room in England, they were kept clean and tidy with everything you needed in.

The non-smoking room was lovely clean smelled fresh.

It is rated at 4* for its amenities, but the rooms are clean but basic, more like what you'd expect of 3*.
