In a nutshell, this hotel gives value for money because it goes the extra mile for its guests.
We loved the hotel, definitely worth the price we paid and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Very nice hotel, price reasonable and welcoming from the moment we entered the lobby.
Clean hotel and the price is a little bit high.
It is located in the heart of the city (Trg Bana Jelacica) and because of that it is easy to get to any other location.
Best location at the main square of the old town, comfortable and well situated hotel, staff members were polite and helpfull.
As for the location, it just not get any better.
They even sent someone to get my bag from the airport for me.
Note: A taxi can drive you right up to the door.
Bathroom was a good size (the towels were a bit rough), bed was king-sized (instead of 2 twins pushed together, which seems common in this area) and comfortable.
The twin-bedded rooms appear bigger than the one with King size bed.
The room was deodorised so that it was not noticable until you got into bed and the smoke smell leached out of the mattress and pillow.
Bed was comfortable and the food was very enjoyable too.
Rooms are of a good size and have all the necessary facilities including in-room safes.
Rooms are clean and marvelous buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant faces to the main square.
The breakfast was terrific, truly one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had.
We were only in the city for a few days so we wanted a central location where we could walk to shops, restaurants, bars etc.
Lunchtime restaurants as well as the coffee lounge looking out onto the street, staff are excellent and single room is very small.
The room was nice and clean, food at breakfast was reasonably good.
Furthermore personnel very friendly, rather big rooms and reception cleaning restaurant staff fantastic.
The location is fantastic and the hotel staff service is excellent.
Very good facilities in a perfect location, 50 m from the main square of Zagreb and staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful.
Staff were very accommodating with all requests from room service, luggage handling, to lending umbrellas.

The hotel has a parking area where your can pre-arrange to park your car.
Parking lot is about a block away, as the hotel is in a pedestrian area, and 15 euro for the day.
The rooms are very comfortable (sheets and pillows to die for) and the hotel is sparkling clean.
