Possibly the best and comfortable stay in February 2017 for Sunday lunch. Very comfy bed in classic double room with a personal safe, an air conditioning, and an iron. Very good and delicious breakfast - 4 star level. A great area, marvellous location just off the hill, restaurants, and centre of |Wincester. Minutes from a regimental museum.

Nice comfy base for discovering Winchester with understanding and nice staff especially the Bistro manager who is lovely. Very central location to private garden. Based just next door to historic Winchester and the center of the city.

The location was great and beautiful, for example, Winchester Cathedral was at a walking distance from the hotel. I had beautifully designed room with good decor, well-appointed, for instance.

Great location in the heart of town with on-site parking. Friendly and accommodating staff. Room was comfortable, although the bathroom felt a bit small. The outside seating area looked inviting, even though the weather didn't allow us to enjoy it.
The lighting in the bedroom was a bit sparse. The hotel's surfaces and paintwork were starting to look worn and shabby, which affected the overall appearance of the hotel.
