Good location, stairs in unexpected places including the actual bedroom and service was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and friendly staff food was amazing as we had breakfast.

Great location, the hotel has used a victorian building and staff very attentive,food in the bistro was fabulous and the spa is heaven.

Low lighting at reception trying to fill in form on arrival, rooms need updated.
