We got great value for our money with an amazing room, beautiful decor, and breathtaking views. The location was perfect, right in the heart of a charming city. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mihaela who spoke excellent English. The spa was a fantastic addition to our stay, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with a better variety of juices.

We liked the spa, even though the water in the hot tub was not hot. The breakfast was great. The room was small but nice. The location is great.

The restaurant was closed. We were forced to east a a restaurant we didn't like.

The hotel's location in the center of town made it incredibly convenient for exploring the charming region. We were able to easily access various restaurants and enjoy the local cuisine. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, from the well-appointed decor to the impeccable bathrooms. Additionally, the breakfast provided plenty of choices and set us up for a day of adventures.

All aspects of our stay were more than satisfactory.

The lady's of the reception were very friendly. The fire place, one of the evenings was nice.

Hotel staff are very kind and charming, our room was a little room but was valuable considering the price. we could enjoy free public sauna and jet bathe and it's plus point of this hotel.

The nicest little spa ever!

I had an amazing time at this hotel, located in a beautiful mountain town. The hotel facilities were great including a small spa. Conveniently located in the center of town, it was easy to access everything this city has to offer. Additionally, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

The spa facilities at this hotel are simply mind-blowing. From the salt room to the bio sauna, every detail is SUPER refreshing and relaxing. The pool, loaded with potassium and magnesium, is a jaw-dropping experience, and the chromotherapy jacuzzi is simply fantastic. And let's not forget the breathtaking view of the Gran Paradiso mountain, it's a total game-changer for relaxation. The staff here are the epitome of welcoming and friendly, always available to help and resolve any questions. The interesting collection of antiques around the hotel adds a nice touch of local history. The food at the hotel bistro is top-notch, a real treat for the taste buds. my experience here was extremely positive and I can't wait to visit again for a leisure trip.

The hotel is very central, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Our room was a junior double, but still spacious enough for us and we had a lovely view over the quiet little piazza. The buffet breakfast was generous and served a variety of choices to suit most tastes.

While the hotel has some spa facilities, I was disappointed that the advertised masseuse is only available for weekends, as we were visiting mid week.
