Fairly clean place, marvellous and brilliant location.

Good meals with welcome drinks. Very early check-in, generally excellent service. Kind staff and altogether a such great experience.

The guest room was brand-new, had air conditioning and a multi-channel television. Its bed was extremely comfy and the bathroom - particularly well equipped. I had a wonderful stay and would come here again, thank you

Actually, the room was good-sized and brand-new, it also had a shower, a hair dryer, and bathrobes. Unbeatable location and very very helpful staff were a definite plus. There was a good restaurant, a main shopping street and shopping streets next door.

The hotel was modern with particularly good location to the train station or the Duomo. The staff was caring providing assistance. In general the service was exceptional. Very early check-in, just what we needed. Liked our time here, it was exactly what we had in mind...

Booked a good-sized and brand-new room with close to many restaurants and air condition plus access to tram services. Excellent service, very very helpful staff during stay.

Great location, within walking distance to popular attractions and close to tram and subway stations. Many nice cafes and restaurants in the area, providing plenty of dining options.

Thin walls and doors, allowing noise from the hallway and outside to be heard in the room. The cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to expectations.

the receptionists at dover were amazing - patient, helpful, and went out of their way to recommend places. they even gave us free water when we arrived late at night and stored our luggage. an easy walk to the center and metro. would happily stay again.

The staff speak Italian, Spanish and Portuguese but hardly any English, which can be a bit hard for those who don't speak some of the other languages mentioned....
