The location was perfect for outdoor adventures, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and a stone gothic bridge nearby. The staff were eager to give us suggestions of things to do in the area. We also loved that this place offered car hire, making it convenient for us to explore further, such as the nearby Greenville area. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and bell staff/porter available. The housekeeping was excellent, ensuring our room was always spotless and comfortable. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival and the happy hour specials. The room amenities exceeded our expectations, with a sitting area, terrace, and soundproofed rooms. The flat-screen TV and free toiletries added to our enjoyment. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant that served a delicious continental breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed the outdoor dining area and the coffee/tea in the lobby. the staff were very accommodating in making our reservation and responsive to our needs.

I recently had a fantastic getaway at a beautiful hotel with stunning views. The spacious room was comfortable and had a lovely balcony overlooking a fountain and frogs at night. The breakfast was delicious and the bartender made the most amazing strawberry mojito. The hotel also has a 24-hour pantry filled with snacks and drinks. The location is perfect for outdoor adventures and there is a nearby country club for those who enjoy golf. You can also explore the area and visit another stone gothic bridge.
I was disappointed that the hotel did not have vegan options for breakfast or a wide variety of vegetarian entrées at the restaurant.

We enjoyed the peaceful location, situated in the creek with stunning views of the nearby country club. The hotel facilities were perfect and included a nice pool, jacuzzi, and guest pantry, which was well-stocked with drinks and snacks. Breakfast was included and very good, with locally sourced and high-quality food.
Nothing all excellent.

There were so many activities to enjoy, from swimming to hiking to skiing. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for relaxation, and the indoor gym was great for staying active. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the staff was attentive and efficient. The rooms were tastefully furnished, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I especially loved the option of having a fireplace in some of the rooms. The surrounding area also had quaint antique shops and charming restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Had a great time at the beautiful lodge hotel in the countryside. The hotel staff was amazing and the service was superb. The hotel provides top-class amenities like bikes to explore the area, fitness center, and outdoor pool which was a plus on hot days. The room was meticulously clean and comfortable.
The remote location was inconvenient, no shops or markets nearby. The cell tower blocked the view from some rooms and we couldn't enjoy fresh air as there were no screens in the windows.

Had a great weekend in a lovely modern hotel with a boutique feel. The rooms were well designed and very comfortable. We enjoyed a good wine list and decent food with a beautiful outdoor seating area. The staff were welcoming and helpful, in particular the person who gave us cycling route notes with energy drinks and water. We also appreciated the location, with easy access to shopping areas.
A cycling hotel with no hot tub or access to one? Unacceptable.

Nestled in the mountains, this hotel boasts a beautiful location with stunning views. The attention to detail is exceptional, with gorgeous decor and welcoming staff. The cozy beds, linens, and fur blankets provide restful sleep, and the complimentary snacks and drinks pamper guests. The guided bike ride is an excellent way to explore the area, and the exquisite dinner, attentive service, and champagne on arrival create a luxurious experience.
One aspect that may not suit everyone is the dog policy on the property.

The room was not as clean as expected and housekeeping could have been better. The front desk staff seemed disinterested in helping with inquiries and gave minimal attention to guests' needs.
