Great food and beautiful views from the rooms. The Christmas decorations were very nice and the spa area was well-maintained.
The staff seemed overwhelmed and were not very helpful. The room was too cold and there were no extra blankets or heating options provided. the experience was disappointing and felt like a waste of money.

We stayed at a 5-star hotel in a beautiful location with exclusive amenities like a spa, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. The service we received from the hotel staff was outstanding, and they fulfilled all our luxurious needs. The sun terrace and garden area were perfect spots to relax and unwind.
One minor issue was that the restaurant's food did not meet our expectations considering the hotel has a renowned Michelin-starred restaurant on the premises. Nonetheless, the delicious breakfast, in-room breakfast, and bar/lounge area made up for it.

We loved the stunning location of this hotel in the mountains of the Black Forest. The valley-facing windows in our room provided us with gorgeous views of the valley, making it a truly unique setting. The cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided were exceptional, especially the beautiful gardens and excellent swimming pools. We also enjoyed the great breakfast and friendly and professional staff who were always helpful.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was a great experience. The food offered was excellent and the location was ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. The staff were very friendly and helpful when it came to organizing our activities.
The rooms were outdated and some of the amenities provided were basic. The wait time during check-in and for dinner reservations was longer than expected.
