Fantastic views at breakfast time on the rooftop terrace, the location of the hotel is good as is next to the Firenze SMN station and the TV didn't work at all.

Great location next to railway station for access to train, the hotel is average at best.

The location next to the station is very good for backpacking travellers and the hotel is clean.

The final straw was when we asked for our car to be bought back to the hotel by 5pm in order we could make our flight to the airport.

This hotel sits on a very busy street directly across from the train station and around the corner from the bus stop.

Hotel staff were very helpful, the Reception desk was very poor and good bedroom the bed was too soft.

For a 4* hotel, the room was a good size though the shower only had one shower door, such that the water dripped on to the bathroom floor and we had to mop up the mess with the bathroom towels.

The bed was comfortable, breakfast had a good selection of continental choices.

There are three large rooms to accommodate guests from both hotels for breakfast.

So you eat breakfast with about 100 other people in a room that has no air conditioning.

The hotel bar doubles as a breakfast room and had no atmosphere, it didn't even have the wine we requested which was only pinot grigio!

If you do get there 15 minutes before breakfast is closing there is hardly any food left.

Nice View at the breakfast story and good place as a base as most locations within Florence were easily accessible.

Piano in bar was a nice touch, we find stains on the blanket & the sheets were dirty and the curtains were removed to be cleaned.

Friendly staff at the front desk and they provide a code for internet service in your room that is easy to use.

Great for city trip, the hotel is in an ideal location and front desk service only just acceptable.

Good location, the best thing i find in this hotel was the cleananess and the reception staff were very helpful in arranging tours for us also.

The hotel had advertised the fact that there was parking available.

This would have been fine, had they advertised this and not given the impression that there was free parking available.

If you want to leave your suitcases with the hotel, you can do so in the lobby.

Location is excellent, the hotel is located just in front of Santa Maria novella Station and free wireless.
