  An enjoyable stay inm Luzern, forwarded on to my home in the USA -- great service for guests and all this for the outrageously high price of 195 SF. Location was very good, was very easy to locate from main train station and they gave us a nice room looking out directly at the Chapel Bridge. We had a wonderful breakfast on the balcony overlooking the river, staff was helpful and starting from the receptionist were very warm. Shower/washing facilities were clean, the pillows were large and the woman on check-in was fantastic.

  Made us welcome, the rate was very reasonable and view was fantastic from the balcony. We paid extra for a room over the river and the staff was very supportive and courteous. The bathroom was clean, small terrace was wonderful and enjoyed breakfast sitting outside looking out at the spectacular scenery.

  Beautiful old hotel and another building made feel enclosed. The location is very good, is just a short walk to the railway station and 2 min walk to famous bridge. Switzerland is an expensive country for tourists and lobby is comfortable. The service is efficient, rooms are small and bars has foottraffic well after two on the weekend nights.

  Great location for shopping, near to the train station and the restaurant terrace overlooked the flowered covered bridge. Old hotel obviously refurbished, the price was pretty good and the balcony overlooking the river was marvelous. The staff were extremely helpful, the Check-In process was fairly quick hassle-free and the bathroom was too small for 2 persons. Breakfast was more than adequate.

  The location was excellent and this was an exceptional hotel experience. The staff was extremely accommodating, room was comfortable and restaurant was good.
