Lovely Terrasse: The terrasse of this hotel is like a little oasis in the middle of the hectic city. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a cool refreshment during those spring and summer days, with its beautiful surroundings and comfortable seating. Sitting there, sipping my drink, I felt like I was transported to a tropical paradise, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Damp smell in reception.

We only stayed for one night to provide a driving break on the way to the ferry at Zeebrugge. We were greeted by helpful staff. The Hotel is clean and tidy. The bar is small but smart. The restaurant is very good but a bit pricey. The room was clean, comfortable and the bathroom was also clean and spacious. The location was good in that it was a short walk to the local town.
The rooms feel like a typical business/conference hotel without much personality or atmosphere. the bar was not staffed so we had to keep calling reception for a drink!

I recently stayed at Logis Hotel Des Acacias in Neuville-en-Ferrain for three nights while touring Lille, Belgium, and Ypres. The hotel's location close to the motorways made it easily accessible. The staff was absolutely brilliant and made our stay enjoyable. The room was perfectly clean, with a comfy bed and a peaceful tree view. The hotel had great facilities, including a restaurant, bar, fitness room, and children's corner. We also appreciated the ample parking and the quick replies to our emails. a wonderful and relaxing hotel that I would highly recommend.
I recommend this hotel.

Stuff is nice very but even reception not always speak any language except French. Absolutely clean rooms and breakfast was good. Silent location with a lot of parking place.

The hotel is easy to access - not far from the motorways and well sign posted. Close to Lille, Belgium and Ypres. The hotel has good facilities (restaurant, bar, cosy area, fitness room, children's corner and swings in garden) and is in a quiet, rural location. The room and bathroom had everything you would require (even a kettle and coffee/tea) and were to a good standard and very clean.Nice large modern tv with plenty of channels including foreign ones. Hotel seems to be totally non-smoking. We would definitely recommend this hotel and probably would return there ourselves some time.
Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed on Saturday night. But not a problem as we went to Ypres (only 20mn drive). We had requested a room near the elevator as my husband has walking difficulties. They gave us a room right at the end of the corridor (furthest from the lift you could get!). Unfortunately, the hotel was full and they could not change us to a room which was easier to access. Second time round, the staff opened a couple of doors for us which meant my husband did not have to walk up the stairs to the second floor to get to the lift and then down the stairs to the first floor where our room was. We (and our neighbours) had a problem with our key card but this got solved. There was an issue with the electricity in our room. We could not switch on the tv. It took a couple of staff members to get it going. Once the tv was working we could also used the kettle which did not work beforehand. Unfortunately in the morning as we were watching tv, it suddenly switched itself off and then we could not get anything working: kettle, alarm clock, side lights. Someone came to try and fix it but we gave up in the end. One of the wall lamps in the bedrooms had no glass cover (just a bulb) and only one of the 2 soap/gel dispensers in the bathroom was working. So quite a few things were wrong with our room but as we only stayed there for one night, it was not a big issue.

The lovely terrasse is the perfect spot to enjoy a cool refreshment during those spring and summer days. This family-run hotel is the ideal starting point for visiting not only the beautiful Belgian border towns but also Le Val de Lys as well as Lille and its metropolis.
Who needs a restaurant that offers authentic cuisine and an affordable wine list? Definitely not me.

I was initially concerned about parking, but I was pleasantly surprised to find ample space available. The hotel also offers EV charging and bike rental, which made getting around easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a modern TV and a kettle for convenience. The hotel's focus on environmental protection was commendable and added to the overall appeal. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, value for money, and excellent service.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a modern design. The hotel had a good connection to the highway, making it convenient for overnight stays. The staff members were nice and helpful.
The salmon served for dinner did not taste fresh, and the vegetables lacked proper preparation. The choice of dishes was also limited, considering we were in France.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the well-appointed rooms with comfy beds and lovely tree views, to the modern walk-in showers. The friendly staff provide excellent service, making you feel right at home. And to top it off, the breakfast spread is delicious and offers plenty of choices to start your day right.
All was great, no improvements needed.

I chose this hotel for attending a training session and I found the featured amenities such as the 24-hour business center and express check-in to be very convenient. The hotel also provided complimentary newspapers in the lobby which was a nice touch.
The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference facilities. It would have been helpful to have a designated space for my training session rather than having to use the general business center.

The hotel facilities were great, including the fitness room and children's corner. The parking was hassle-free and clean, and the breakfast had a variety of options.
Everything was spot on.
