Location: the hotel was very close to the restaurant, a casino and motorway junction. The room was spotless and well furnished, offered useful things, such as an electric kettle and a fridge. The view was magnificent, the service was perfect.

Stayed in fairly quiet room with old wooden furniture. Excellent service, although a few employees were angry.

It had worn out beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Ich bin kürzlich in einem Hotel im Zentrum von Bogota geblieben und hatte eine tolle Erfahrung. Die Lage war perfekt, nur wenige Gehminuten von vielen Restaurants und Geschäften entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, sie gaben mir hilfreiche Tipps für die Erkundung der Stadt. Mein Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber, und das eigene Bad war eine große Bequemlichkeit. Das Frühstück war lecker und gab mir einen guten Start in den Tag. Die Dachterrasse bot einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Stadt.

Bedauerlicherweise war das Internet im Hotel manchmal langsamer als gewünscht.

hotel garden is beautiful. Even if it cost more it deserves to stay in a room with access to garden.

the bed mattresses were terrible. They were too soft and you could not rest. Also a double bed and mattress was wise to double. Contact address is very hard to find with a GPS.

We liked the helpfulness of the staff and the fact that the inexperienced waitress in the restaurant not only came to apologise for her mistake in the order but also took the time to ensure that our visit was enjoyable.

Everything is awesome here, had a great stay on a business trip. The comfort twin room is exceptional with the bathroom, airco, whirlpool. Its location is fantastic close to the hotel's restaurant for couple of times as well as motorway junction.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable. Strategic location for exploring nearby cities and nature walks. Delightful and well-prepared staff. Dog-friendly. Excellent restaurant with friendly staff. Highly recommended!

We found that the hotel was not well signposted the staff were not very welcoming or helpful , even aloof !! our room was back of hotel a long way for myself using a stick and my husband carrying luggage.we later found we could take the car around the back !They had a lot of conferences on and therefore too busy for anyone else .

The rooms need redoing, but I think they're actually doing it right now. This is the fourth or fifth Booked.net hotel ive stayed at that has been tired out and needed a facelift. Maybe there's a pattern here.

The high tea at the hotel was a delightful experience, with a pot of tea and delicious delicacies. It was the perfect way to catch up with friends.

The hotel's idea of a blow dryer was a miniature wind machine with a short cord. Very handy when you want to dry your hair and simultaneously cool yourself off.
