The main advantage of this hotel is that its excellant value and has a great location, and I wouldnt hesitate to stay there again next time I'm in Amsterdam, which hopefully wont be too far away.
The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself really needs to have some money spent on it.

However the door to the bathroom didn't open completely as the bed stood to close to it.

The breakfast was very good compared to other 3-star hotel breakfasts.
The breakfast wasn't great and we would just have coffee and eat out.
The hotel is well located and is only 5mins walk from my favourite square in Amsterdam, Leidesplein, which is full of open air cafes, restaurants and within walking distance of the museums and boat cruise stations.
It was very hot (middle of a heatwave) but the staff were very helpful and actually purchased a fan for us!
