Location was fantastic, the unfriendly personnel made our stay in this hotel the worst of all and prices were very good for europe.

    Views were fantastic, the location of the hotel was excellent to enjoy the seaside and the front desk personnel was not helpful. Our room was fine and the buffet breakfast was good value. Facilities were attractive and comfortable.

    I felt the prices per night were somewhat high, internet use was costly as well @ E16/day for WiFi or E8/hour for use of the terminal in the lobby.

    Very good central location, prior reports about free beach towels are incorrect and within walking distance of the old part of town. San Sebastian is great, the lobby bar is very nice and the staff are very helpful. Gorgeous marble bath.
