The rooms was adequate with twin beds that we pushed together and therafter the maid made the bed up as a king.

The rooms were very clean and quite nice, perhaps the curtains, chair, and comforters could use updating but all were clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Rooms OK but nothing special and the bathroom was very small - fairly clean but not spotless!

Even so, rooms are small, and they wouldn't turn the air conditioning on, even though we complained about the heat, because it wasn't their summer!

I would recommend any of the LOI Suites and there are some absolutey fantastic city centre apartments which rent out by the day or week etc.

This hotel is located within walking distance to great restaurants (like Liberdad) and banks for ATMs and shops.

Cheap food in restaurant, but there is a cheap one next door.

No bar, no proper lounge, lots of dust and noise, one elevator not in use.

Renovation works in reception mean that there is only a very small, noisy lounge area and no bar.

Breakfast is included, and it's not just toast and cereal.

The people at the front desk were so friendly, as well as the bell staff.

While we did get the feeling that the service is geared mostly toward business and native travelers, we could not have been more impressed with the effeciency and promptness of the entire staff.

The front desk and concierge were extremely helpful and professional.

It is definitely a great value and the service is excellent, with the small exception of a couple of people at the front desk on the day shift who were rather indifferent, if not rude.

The service was quite good though some staff members did not speak English too well.

I was even MORE disappointed when I saw all the construction outside the front door, the lobby, on some floors they were pounding holes, painting, etc.

Facilities would've scored better except for the below.

The room was clean and spacious enough for me and my roommate to put our luggage and move around comfortably.

The bathroom (which is a major thing for me) was a little small, but clean.

11th floor room was comfortable, clean and very quiet.

But the rooms were clean and a decent "European" standard size.

So we could not wash, clean teeth, use toilet etc.
