Hotel De Lanzi Florence - 佛罗伦萨

OK, for sure it has great location, street next to Duomo and one can walk and see everything you should see easily.

The hotel is in a superb location; next to the Duomo and within a short walk of every other interesting place in the city.

Hotel de Lanzi is in the perfect location - it's close to all the major sites in Florence!

Registration and breakfast are at the friendly De'Lanzi a few minutes walk away and an easy walk to the station and airport busses.

They made the call and a taxi was outside waiting 5 minutes later.

The hotel room was small, as was the bathroom, but it was clean, I had a private shower and toilet (yea!

We occupied 3 double rooms which i can truely say were very tastefully decorated with the added pleasure of new bedroom furniture.

My room had 2 twin beds made up as a full size and was very clean and very comfortable.

At first it was not what I expected, but the rooms were clean, the beds okay, the breakfast was above what other places serve there.

It's very conveniently located, the rooms were nice (with an excellent, spacious bathroom), the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and very helpful :).

The bar had an espresso machine that was used by the staff to prepare their coffee but an automatic machine was used to serve breakfast.

Italian breakfast -- coffee, rolls, cereals, fruit, yogut, etc.

The free breakfast had cereal, rolls, croissants, swiss cheese, ham, coffee, milk, tomato juice, orange juice and some very good coffee.

Breakfast buffet was good as the previous hotel that we stayed in cost more and did not have a breakfast included.

The breakfast was ok - it was free - but the best part is that we were close to everything - leather market, Duomo, shopping, train station, Uffizi.

Front desk: friendly staff, ready to help.

The front desk staff were courteous, but not friendly.

Also, the staff was extremely kind and helpful, they worked very hard to get us tickets to the Uffizi with just a few hours notice (you need to make reservations days or weeks ahead).

The staff can make reservations at the Uffizi Gallery and the Accademia Gallery for you, however, it is best to book ahead of time in order to insure reservations (line at the Uffizi can be up to 3 hours).

The staff is friendly and speaks English well.

The lift to the hotel is so old, small and bad looking that you would have to settle to climbing 2 storeys of stairs every time.

Worst moment about Florence an hotel is parking.

The bathroom was spacious and very clean.

We were more than pleased with the rooms, and found them to be extremely clean and comfortable.

The room was comfortable, modern and clean with a kitchen-in-a-cupboard for coffee and snacks.

Rooms are simply furnished but clean and comfortable.

Clean rooms and a good European breakfast.
