Views of city from our room were really nice and staff were extremely professional and helpful the entire stay. The spa was just ok, the jacuzzi water was the same temp as the pool.

Perfect location from to explore historic centre of Bogota and the worst hotel I have been to. The rooms themselves are simple and adequate, the restaurants are great. The gym and pool are a nice extra as is the free wi fi.

The eating area for an excellent breakfast is in one of the courtyards and the hotel is located in the very heart of The Candelaria, the historic center. All rooms are different, some are very nice.

The historical area of Bogota, no glass, no screens, just a huge opening to the street below and the staff were extremely accommodating and the hotel was in a great location. The room was clean and breakfast was super and offered fruit.

Toilet was plugged and the receptionist were not knowledgeable.

Great location, nice hotel and a charming colonial building in the heart of la candelaria. Staff were extremely helpful, the room was fine for one person, may be a bit cozy for two and i loved having my eggs made fresh for me the spa looked beautiful we didn'.

Best location for visiting Bogota historical center & museums, great Hotel and the street has a lot of security since is behind important government buildings. The lobby and restaurant are charming and colonial, the rooms are good sized. Buffet breakfast is very nice also.

Staff are a bit rude, wine is expensive in Colombia.

The location is fine for the main plaza and within walking distance of the Gold Museum, the hotel itself has a nice atmosphere. Room service is perfect, price includes a great breakfast and access to the spa, is beautiful.
