  Great location and the famous bridge. Clean and nice hotel, charming building. Convenient to everything in town, within an easy walking distance to the Palais des Papes and the price was very reasonable. The staff were friendly, the bed was very comfortable and the Terrace was more like a large rooftop patio.

  The location was great, secure parking was available nearby and the large size of the room has made the stay more comfortable especially as I was sick. The staff was friendly and i was pleased to find BBC world service on the television. Our continental breakfast was included in the mornings and his local knowledge was fantastic.

  The street was very noisy and lamp beside the bed had an electrical short. Additionally the receptionist was not competent on the matter.

  The location is perfect, the famous bridge is a 10 minute stroll and this hotel is within the ancient city walls. Staff is excellent and room had nice terrace to sit out on. Breakfast is also good and as long as they provide the advertised facilities.

  Very hard to find you first arrive in town, your rates are not cheap and pn The lobby is small. The bottom floor comprises 2 lively cafe bars are quite noisy, toilet oddly placed in a separate little closed.

  Very central location and famous Avignon bridge. The stay was quite nice, the staff was not friendly and room was very clean. The breakfast was very good.

  The convenient location, good restaurants nearby and shopping make a wonderful city hotel. The staff is very helpful and we are so lucky to live in the room505 recommend by the "lonely planet. The woman running the breakfast seemed at first to be cool, definitely recommend the climb up to see the gardens in the castle.

  Very central for Avignon sightseeing, restaurants in the nearby square and very grateful to the hotel staff upgraded the room. A well-renovated old building and excellent price from Booked. Reception was helpful and the beds were made up every day.

  A full mirror was not available, the petite dejuner was more than ample so there's really no need to spend the extra money for the hot breakfast.

  The location was excellent, hotel front desk staff were very helpful and bedding were extremely comfortable - we got a great night's sleep. In addition breakfast was convenient and adequate.

  Great location to old city and pleasant atmosphere. Well worth for the price, helpful staff and the rooms are quiet and clean. Have a charming terrace, very nice meals the rest of the day.

  The location was very good and the hotel was very quiet. Staff were kind and there was free Wi-Fi in rooms. The breakfast was the best we have had in an age.

  The location was fabulous, the rooms were wonderful especially compared to typical European hotel rooms and the staff were helpful and pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the restaurant downstairs was a big turndown.
