My stay at Etrier in Crans-Montana was far from pleasant, but I must admit that there were a couple of positive aspects. the room with a north view was renovated and had a brand new bathroom, which was a nice touch.

These minor positives were overshadowed by several significant negatives. The database mentioned that the TV and fridge didn't work, which turned out to be true.

The rooms at Hotel Etrier in Crans-Montana are filled with natural light and have windows that provide breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps. It's like waking up in a dream every morning! As a backpacker who loves adventure and stunning landscapes, this was exactly what I needed.

Personally, I preferred the rooms that overlook the road on the northern side a bit less. But hey, that's just my opinion and I'm sure others might still find enjoyment in it.

Nothing it is perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Etrier in Crans-Montana. The highlight for us was the beautiful swimming pool with stunning mountain views. Although we didn't receive great service initially at the pool bar, the front desk quickly addressed our concerns and from then on, the staff were attentive and friendly. The wellness facilities were also impressive, with a spacious and practical layout, and the hamman was a particular highlight. We would highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great value for money and stunning views. I loved the recently renovated and cozy rooms that were always clean throughout my stay. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. The friendly staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The noise from the busy street outside could be heard in the room at times, which was a bit of a nuisance. I would have liked to have seen more availability of service at the pool bar;
