I was given a beautifully decorated and well-maintained room with lots of charm, and the garden was a great spot for breakfast, plus the hotel's location was perfect and exceptionally nice, right next to all the sightseeing spots.

The staff here were genuinely helpful and caring, the room was air-conditioned with a very clean, big bathroom, and the service was exceptional during my stay.

The rooms are recently refurbished with comfortable beds and our experience is perfectly pleasant. The restaurant food is delicious, and the breakfast offered is enjoyable and absolutely superb with many kinds of breads and a homemade cake, for example. The hotel provides a great service.

The bathrooms are a little small.

The staff here are incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our stay truly memorable. The rooms are full of charm and overlook a peaceful courtyard. The location is perfect, being quiet but close to everything in the center of Villeneuve-les-Avignon. The breakfast spread was simply magical, providing a delightful start to each day.

Not a single thing that could be improved! Everything was perfect.

Let us pack up some boxes in their lounge. They carried our suitcases up th three flights.

Parking is bad, secure lot is several blocks away. We are antique dealer, wanted to pack boxes, drink some wine and eat some food we had bought at market. We were told we had to buy wine from them and could not eat downstairs or in our room.

A charming hotel. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast in the lovely courtyard was a real treat. The location was fine--a short walk to catch a bus to Avignon.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were helpful. The rooms had a heating system, an ironing set, and a multi-channel TV. We loved staying here and can't wait to return.

Very French! Old and not spoiled by modernising. Old door latches old timber. Comfortable like a favourite pair of slippers. Outbuildings in the garden create delightful views, perspectives and surprise corners. Lovely colours. Sunbeams through the tree branches. Delightful village centre with cafes and the Mill Restaurant at the far end of the village was the best dining experience we can remember.

The Mistral but that's no one's fault.

Been there before 18 years ago and wanted to visit the village and friends who live near by. The entire family were so delightful, helpful and gracious....we felt 'very spoilt'.

This place is conveniently located near the city center, within walking distance to attractions such as the famous bridge and Papal Palace, as well as several bars and restaurants. Additionally, the Ferris Wheel in Avignon is just 2 km away.
