  Good light meals in the bar area and pleasant stay. Friendly and helpful staff, heated bath. Excellent buffet breakfast and the Atlantique does superb seafood.

  Or more powerful extractors in the toilet and little choice of cold cuts. Garden is small.

  Public areas really good, excellent hotel and pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and great breakfast. Interesting menu and spa fantastic.

  Great view of the town, relaxed atmosphere and i was impressed by the warm efficient service on reception. Room was very nice, the breakfasts were exceptionally good and the Spa was a tranquil.

  Good: Located near to the centre of town and functional hotel. Also helpful staff and good, comfortable room, the food was excellent especailly the breakfast as you could eat as much as you liked. Spa was great.

  The public areas that we saw were very elegant and superb leisure facilities made a stay to remember. The staff were lovely, my room on the 1st floor was beautifully comfortable and the breakfast's were good. Garden were excellent.

  The reception area was large, a warm friendly welcome staff were very helpful and accommodating, service was always prompt and pleasant. Moreover the rooms were very clean and the buffet breakfast choice was good. Gym facilities were excellent.

  The room had a great sea view looking over St Helier was unexpected, the hotel was lovely and clean, staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. En-suite was excellent, the food was good and the Spa was fantastic.

  Hotel facilities were good and building work was obviously not finished so not the best first impression. The spa area was wonderful, staff were fine and on arrival the receptionist was very polite and helpful. Room service was efficient and terrace were nice for relaxing.

  There should be more of a dress code especially for Saffrons Restaurant most people had made a effort to look smart, several guests just left the pool.

  Best hotel in Jersey and wonderful building. Furthermore pool& gym areas very nice and the complimentary Bus service. Lovely villages etc and walking distance to town ensured a good daily walk.

  The room's decoration could probably be described as a little tired, friendliness of the staff is very poor and the windows do not open sufficiently to allow air circulation - a far greater health. I know buffets are difficult to maintain at a certain temperature and the treatments at the spa are quite expensive.

  The relaxed unhurried atmosphere, beautiful building and at the less expensive end of the booking rates too. Bike hire available on-site through http://www, i enjoyed the short walk into town and we also liked sitting on the outdoor loungers we cut be waited on by the freindly staff. Quiet air conditioning, fitness facilities are great and the breakfasts are very good. Their children's menu is excellent and checkout fast friendly even wishng you a friendly goodby.
