Hard-working front of house and restaurant staff very friendly and hard-working. Traditional French breakfast made nice change from buffet.
Room was cold, toilet was old-fashioned 'broyeur' system – most unpleasant! General cleanliness was questionable eg towels.

Friendly and attentive staff, excellent free and secure parking and a perfect location for our particular needs.
We were very pleased with the hotel and our stay, but noticed that the stair carpet was worn in a few places and would look much better if repaired.

In the centre of the town and convenient for shops etc. The hotel has a bar which is open all day and its own restaurant. Room was OK and the evening meal was nice. Breakfast was a bit limited but fair price at 5.50e Waitress/receptionist/chief cook & bottle washer was particularily helpful

Very centrally located hotel in the town square. Good sized, bright and spotlessly clean room although rather characterless (not even a picture on the wall!). Excellent bath room and seperate toilet with comfortable beds and two types of pillows. Basic but adequate breakfast nicely served by the owner/manger in the dining room with plenty of good coffee and homemade jams. An added bonus was the secure private parking to the rear of the hotel.
We had planned to try the hotel restaurant for dinner as we had previously tried it on another visit but unfortunately it was closed due to a family bereavement.

We arrived very late in the evening due to problems beyond our control and were delighted that this hotel were willing to allow us in so late (it was about 10.30 pm) and we were very pleasantly surprised at the good quality and cleanliness of our room. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were all really helpful. We recommend this hotel.

The room was comfortable,clean and a good size and overlooked the Square. The private parking was a bonus. The breakfast was good and so was the welcome. The dining room was pleasant.
The stair carpet carpet was worn and patched which did not give a good impression on entering the hotel. The evening meal was fair and the main Course was not very well presented
