Excellent location, near the river and great restaurants nearby.

Great location, the entire hotel staff is extremely helpful and gracious, the bathroom is very functional considering needs for traveller.

Its location gives you the best of two worlds - a short hop to the bustle of central Florence, there is a small elevator so this hotel works even for and the staff are always helpful.

Instead, walk past the taxis in front of the station and cross the street to a major bus stop.

We could chose between the river side walkway (fast walking) or wind through the atmospheric small streets on foot, the bus to central Florence was right next to the hotel.

Our room (#24) was absolutely beautiful and spacious with all the modern comforts yet old time charm, Comfortable bed, air conditioning that actualy really works, an in room safe and large bathroom.

Our room was comfortable, quiet, and nicely appointed, and I loved the deep bathtub (perfect for a long soak after walking around all day -- although you should note that not all rooms have bathtubs.

The room on the first floor was very large- A king size bed plus two twin beds.

The rooms were very clean and we received fresh towels and bed linen daily.

The Hotel facilities were excellent including breakfast restaurant and lounge area.

Reasonable bar prices and excellent breakfast.

People have commented on breakfast, and I had better breakfasts along my trip, but this was perfectly adequate.

The dining room, although small, was quaint and the breakfast was OK with plenty choice of continental food (No fry ups for the Brits but this is Italy so wasn't a problem for us).

The hotel offered a free lunch with the booking, at Bordino's restaurant - we received wine, entree, main course and desert - great meal.

Ask at the front desk because the staff go there for their meals.

Staff were uniformly helpful, as well as a range of other included services such as bottled water and the pillows were very comfortable.

The friendly staff, excellent receptionist and living room were peaceful oases.

Quiet location away from bustling city center, only 15 minutes walk from the centre of Florence The hotel offers free car parking and the staff are very welcoming and friendly.

There is car parking at the hotel but you have to leave your keys at reception, so that cars can be moved around to let cars in and out--but No problem.

It was a great way to meet and chat with the other guests, either outside in the hotel's lovely little garden or inside in their classy lobby (depending on the weather).

The staff was friendly, the room was spotless and the breakfasts were always great well stocked - yoghurt.

The staff is friendly and responsive, the rooms are spacious and clean.

Room was very clean, the breakfasts were pretty good also and the 15 minute walk to the central hub of Florence was a great way to walk off our dinner.

This gave us the opportunity to stay in three different rooms, all of which were charming and very clean.

All our rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was better than average for our two weeks in Italy.
