The Spa, the location and the care of the staff from reception recommending very nice restaurants.
The room was hardly cleaned during the whole week and it was not so clean when we arrived. Breakfast could have been a bit more varied.

The hotel was a great experience. Old and unique historical building in the very centre of Bad Hofgastein. Friendly and service-oriented staff. Good sauna and relaxing area with swimming pool. I feel the price/quality ratio was excellent!
