Great-sized units with toilet-very cramped, a single bed plus an AC, and the staff were pleasant! The location was central, fantastic in the very historical centre.

This place is perfectly situated near downtown shopping, a shopping mall, and various shops, plus it's close to the historic town center; the service is excellent, and there is convenient parking available.

The hotel is an ideal base for exploring Kortrijk with helpful and top-class staff at the reception desk. It enjoys an excellent location right at Grote Markt and is within walking distance to shopping malls and a local market across the street. The hotel restaurant is beautiful, making it a suitable choice for shopping.

It was brand-new, extremely pleasant and with twin beds. I have stayed here before and would love to come back here some time, enjoyed this place.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to the main square and close to the train station. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. One of the best aspects was the delicious breakfast buffet, offering a wide range of options to satisfy every palate. Another advantage was the friendly and attentive staff in the breakfast room, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. One of the worst aspects was the constant rumbling noise coming from the kitchen, which lasted from morning until evening.

Location and Staff

No Resturant, although there is a couple of very good places to eat close by. Although when you arrive late and would like to order room service it is not possible.

It was centrally located, ideal for business and evening meal times, with a wide variety of choices. Good for meetings and receptions.

The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of pastries and rolls, and the room we booked was spacious and nicely designed, just the toilet area was a bit cramped.

My stay was really nice here. This property was fairly clean and wonderful. My prestige double room with twin beds, the terrace plus toilet-very cramped was large. Excellent and stunning location close to Grote Markt, thoroughly enjoyed it.

The friendly and helpful staff. We were travelling by bicycle and they were very helpful about allowing us to store our bikes inside the hotel. The great location - right on the main square. It is a very characterful old hotel but with excellent modern facilities. Great breakfast. Very comfortable bedroom with a bath as well as a shower and free soft drinks in the minibar.

Spent Christmas at this beautiful hotel in a bustling town. Loved the elegant lobby and charming dining room. The staff was always polite and helpful, making us feel at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to local shops and sights. Had a great time exploring the area and trying different foods. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. And the free Wi-Fi access was great!
